Good Governance Code

LVNL has implemented the Good Governance Code for Administrative Organisations as far as possible.

The Dutch Corporate Governance Code, as developed by the Corporate Governance Commission under the chairmanship of M. Tabaksblat, was translated into the Good Governance Code for Administrative Organisations for ZBOs and similar organisations by the Charter Group for Public Accountability (HPV).

In October 2004, the Supervisory Board reached agreements on a provisional allocation of tasks and of priority areas in the Board. For the time being, no formal committees have been formed. However, agreements have been reached on the subjects on which the various Board members will focus specifically in small committees and prepare decision-making for the Board.
